Returns

Monogrammed and personalized items can not be returned except in the case of an error on the part of Christie Designs or defective goods. Any error or return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We ask that you please review your order carefully before placing it. Shipping

We ship Priority Mail on most items unless otherwise requested. Priority Mail normally gets your package to you in 2 to 3 regular business days once it is shipped. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping charges are shown on the chart below. All merchandise shipped within the US will be shipped according to these charges unless otherwise noted.
